Our Accelerator program is open to companies and start-ups whose business activities are primarily based on social or societal non-profit objectives, which often entails a high degree of social innovation. This also includes community-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises in the start-up or early growth phase that want to benefit from a general expansion of skills in terms of solid entrepreneurial knowledge as well as support in networking and cooperation with others.
Once you have completed the application form, we will carefully review your application to ensure that you qualify for the program. We will contact you shortly to inform you about the next steps in the application process. In any case, there will be a 30-minute (video) pitch appointment with one of our mentors so that we can get to know you and your motivation and your company or start-up better. The applicant(s) with the best program fit will receive feedback at very short notice - within one day after the (video) interview.
Participation in our Impact Sprint Lab offers you the opportunity to be advised by experienced experts and mentors who not only support non-profit companies with general questions about digitalization and corporate management, but also teach you important soft skills in a targeted manner. Examples include improving your leadership skills, communication skills and teamwork, which are crucial in the social enterprise landscape. In addition, we promote networking between the participating companies and other relevant stakeholders. You will benefit from a compendium of solid entrepreneurial knowledge as well as proven implementation strategies.
Our Impact Sprint Lab accelerator program comprises 2 independent modules, each lasting 4 weeks. You can apply for one module. We offer you 4 workshops of 2 - 4 hours per week (see program content). You can participate online or on site in our coworking space in Fürstenwalde. You will receive access to the workshop documents via our Slack channel and can exchange ideas with the mentors. At the end, we will organize a joint Demo Day in Fürstenwalde with all participants from the 2 modules.
The aim of our Impact Sprint Lab is to support social enterprises and social start-ups in their special commitment to the environment and society. The programme aims to support these companies in their professionalization, stabilization and crisis resilience through individual, in-depth and tailor-made advice and support. First and foremost, the program serves to expand and strengthen the positive contribution of these companies to social change processes or to overcoming climate-related challenges.
No, you do not have to pay to participate in our Impact Accelerator program. As the program is state-funded, you can participate free of charge.
